1933 Charles Darrow Monopoly Game Oilcloth set

This magnificent Oilcloth set is owned by Mark Winters. And based on its appearance when you compare the original Round Oilcloth in the Strong National Museum of Play in Rochester, NY, the graphics and components are identical with the exception that Mark's is square. To me this indicates that it is one of the very first produced after the Round Oilcloth.

Here is a brief edited description provided by Mark:

I was referred to a couple in Massachusetts by Phil Orbanes many years ago. We were friends back in my monopoly collecting days and I visited him many times in his lovely home on the water back there. The parent of one of the couple was given the game as a wedding gift by Darrow.
